Need A Break,Inc strong hands-on approach assist women escaping domestic violence by employing the Stand-by-Secure assistance develop by the Police Department covering the entire North Texas.
Provides a safe shelter and resources for safe havens to women with or without children, teens, and seniors impacted by domestic violence, advocates support from Dallas County DA's office, Attorney General Crime Victims Compensation Program (CVC), registered with The National Hot-line for Domestic Violence(DV) Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) our staff and volunteers are passionate and committed to stopping crimes against people.
Our program Exhaling to New Life provides:
GED classes, counseling to educates and empowers battered women and teens, shelter, supports seniors, with daily struggles assist in preventing poverty, transitional housing, DRM impact behavior for workforce, parenting classes, childcare, and nutrition, encourage persons to become self-sufficient to carry out their life dream and goals.
